By accessing or otherwise utilizing this site you agree to the following terms and conditions.

This site is provided as a gratuitous benefit or service to TAF members and other individuals interested in supporting TAF and Louisiana State University. Accordingly, TAF assumes no obligation to operate or maintain this site or to provide, whether through this or any other medium, the information, content or services available through this site.

TAF TRADEMARKS/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TAF is a private non-profit corporation exempt from taxation under sections 501(c)(3) and 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. TAF trademarks, content, and images appearing on this website and other indicia identifying TAF, its services and programs are property of TAF and may not be used, reprinted or reproduced without the express written permission of TAF. Requests to utilize content in any manner not explicitly authorized herein should be directed to TAF's Marketing and Communications Director at the following email address: communications@lsutaf.org . TAF trademarks, content and images appearing on this website, other indicia identifying TAF, its services and programs and other intellectual property owned or licensed by TAF may never be utilized in the following ways: (a) to promote or endorse products, goods or services offered by third-parties; (b) to promote or endorse legislation or candidates for political office; (c) in any manner which could be deemed contrary to state or federal law governing the conduct of non-profit and/or tax-exempt organizations (d) in any manner that could be deemed contrary to applicable LSU, SEC or NCAA rules and regulations.

LSU's trademarks, content, images and other intellectual property identifying LSU, its services and programs remain the property of LSU and may not be used, reprinted or reproduced without the express written permission of LSU.

TAF owns intellectual property rights to the content on this site. Unless otherwise noted, you may view, copy, download, and print documents and content from this site so long as you use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not post, distribute, or modify them or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS ARE VOID UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TAF'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TAF with respect to your use of this site. Additional or different terms and conditions may apply in connection with your use of particular portions of this site, services provided via this site, links to other websites and third-party content. The laws of the State of Louisiana govern this agreement. By accessing and utilizing this site you submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and constitute the state and federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana as the exclusive venues to resolve any disputes arising by virtue of your use of this site, content appearing on or obtained in connection with this site and any other matters related in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, to this site. TAF's failure to enforce any rights under this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. Use of this site by members in a manner contrary to the terms of use contained in this agreement may result in the loss, denial or non-renewal of membership in TAF.
